BDCH approached Intygra and asked us to be on standby for a potential, upcoming emergency appeal. We were told that the appeal was of the highest importance and that the details weren’t available, as it was still under development. We were told that we would be given just 24hrs notice to commence production (at which point we would be supplied with the artwork, brief and data) and then just three to four days maximum to mail  the appeal (potentially including weekend working). 

Our team provided BDCH with emergency, out of hours contact details. We designed three different formats that could be utilised within the timescale. We placed key suppliers on standby. 

When the call came, the pack was slightly different to what we anticipated but due to our expertise, supplier relationships and Adaptive Supply Chain solution, we were able to reroute the production process and commence production within three hours. Our Operations Team were onsite at the production facilities to oversee production quality and adherence to the schedule.
